Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Fast Email. Fast Email is offered for professional or business communication purposes. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. The Service

Fast Email provides AI-assisted tools for drafting new emails, creating suggested replies, summarizing user-supplied email content, managing optional sender profiles, and storing generated history locally on the user's device. Features may vary by app version, device, region, server availability, and third-party service availability.

Fast Email does not access your Gmail inbox, send emails by itself, or guarantee delivery. When you choose to send or share content, the app opens a compatible app selected or controlled by you.

3. User Content

"User Content" means text, profile details, instructions, and other material you submit to Fast Email. You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant AppForge House a limited, non-exclusive right to process and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the requested service and comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit User Content. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you have determined that doing so is lawful and appropriate.

4. AI-Generated Content

Fast Email uses Google Gemini to generate suggested content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving every result before relying on, sharing, or sending it. Generated content is not legal, medical, financial, employment, compliance, or other professional advice. AppForge House is not responsible for decisions, communications, obligations, or consequences arising from your use of generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use Fast Email to:

• Break any law or violate another person's rights, privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property.
• Create or distribute spam, scams, phishing, malware, deceptive messages, harassment, threats, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent the source, approval, or purpose of a communication.
• Bypass safety controls, interfere with the app or servers, probe for vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer or extract the app, service, or AI models except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the service in a manner prohibited by applicable Google terms or policies.

6. Third-Party Services

Fast Email relies on third-party services, including Google Gemini, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play, Android services, hosting providers, and user-selected email or sharing apps. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. AppForge House does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Advertising

Fast Email may display advertisements. Ad availability, format, personalization, and content are controlled in part by Google Mobile Ads and participating advertising partners. AppForge House does not endorse products or claims shown in third-party advertisements.

8. AppForge House Rights

Fast Email, including its software, design, branding, and non-user content, is owned by AppForge House or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, AppForge House grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for professional or business communication purposes.

Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not grant you rights in AppForge House trademarks, software, or services. Ownership and permitted use of generated content may also be subject to applicable law and third-party terms.

9. Service Changes and Suspension

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Fast Email at any time, including to address security, legal, technical, or business needs. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the service is being abused.

10. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Email is provided "as is" and "as available." AppForge House disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, availability, and security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, preservation of local data, or that generated content will meet your needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppForge House and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or communications arising from Fast Email or generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use Fast Email and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Fast Email, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
