1. About Fast Email

Fast Email ("Fast Email," "we," "us," or "our") is an Android app provided by AppForge House. It helps users draft emails, create replies, summarize email content, manage optional sender profiles, and keep a local history of generated content.

Fast Email does not require an AppForge House account and does not connect to or read a user's Gmail account, contacts, or inbox.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, Fast Email may process:

• Email-generation content: reference notes, email text pasted for a reply, email text pasted for summarization, and the generated title and body.
• AI preferences: requested output language, length, tone, and generation type.
• Optional sender profile: a name, role or job title, and company or organization entered by the user.
• Local history: generated titles and bodies, source or reference text, AI preferences, generation type, profile association, and creation time.
• App configuration and connection data: app package name, IP address, request time, and limited technical information needed to deliver server configuration, operate the service, secure the network, and diagnose errors.
• Advertising and diagnostics data: the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address, general location inferred from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers where applicable.
• Support communications: your email address and any information you choose to include when you contact us.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, government identifiers, health information, trade secrets, or other information that is unnecessary or highly sensitive.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Generate user-requested email drafts, replies, and summaries.
• Apply the selected language, length, tone, and optional sender profile.
• Store and display profiles and generation history on the user's device.
• Retrieve app configuration, provide launch notices, and maintain app functionality.
• Display and measure advertisements, prevent advertising fraud, and support the app.
• Protect the service, diagnose failures, respond to support requests, and comply with law.

AppForge House does not sell personal information. We do not use the contents of your email-generation requests for our own advertising.

4. AI Processing and Google Gemini

When you tap a generation or regeneration action, Fast Email sends the information needed for that request to an AppForge House server over an encrypted connection. The server creates a prompt and sends the relevant user-provided content, AI preferences, and optional sender profile to the Google Gemini API. Google returns generated content to our server, which returns it to the app.

The AppForge House generation service does not create a user account or intentionally store generation requests and results in a persistent server database. Requests and results are processed transiently to provide the feature. Limited server, network, security, or error logs may be retained when reasonably necessary to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

Google processes Gemini API data under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. Google's retention and use of prompts and responses may depend on the service plan, region, and configuration used by AppForge House. 5. Local Storage and Device Backup

Fast Email stores sender profiles and generation history in a local database on your device. Draft text that has not been successfully generated is generally kept only for the current app session. You can edit or delete supported local items in the app.

Android backup or device-transfer features may copy app data to a Google account or another device, depending on your device and account settings. Such copies are controlled by Android and Google and are subject to their terms and privacy practices.

6. Advertising

Fast Email uses Google Mobile Ads to load and display ads. Google and participating advertising partners may process IP address, inferred general location, device identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Depending on your region, settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

You can use available Android advertising privacy controls to reset or delete your advertising ID and manage ad personalization. 7. When Information Is Shared

Information may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients only for the stated purposes:

• Google Gemini: to generate content requested by the user.
• Google Mobile Ads and advertising partners: to deliver, measure, and protect advertising.
• Hosting, network, and infrastructure providers: to operate and secure the AppForge House server.
• Android and Google backup services: when device backup or transfer is enabled by the user or device.
• User-selected apps: when you choose to copy, share, or open generated content in an email or other app.
• Authorities or other parties: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local profiles and generation history remain on the device until you delete them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Backup copies may remain until removed under your Android or Google backup settings.
• Generation content is not intentionally retained in a persistent AppForge House generation database. Limited technical or security records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Google Gemini, Google Mobile Ads, advertising partners, and infrastructure providers retain data according to their own policies and the settings that apply to their services.
• Support communications may be retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain support records, protect legal rights, and comply with law.

Fast Email has no AppForge House account to delete. To remove local app data, delete supported items in the app, clear Fast Email's storage in Android settings, and manage any device backups. You may also contact us regarding data associated with a support request.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may choose not to provide optional sender profile information or not to use AI-generation features. You can manage local histories and profiles, Android backup settings, advertising controls, and any regional consent choices available on your device.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information processed by us. To make a request, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

10. International Processing

AppForge House and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws may differ in those locations. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Security

Fast Email uses encrypted network connections and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Age Restrictions

Fast Email is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through Fast Email, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
