These Terms of Service govern the use of ReplyBell, an Android app by AppForge House.

Use of the App

ReplyBell helps users manage Gmail messages, create alarms, and generate AI-assisted email reply drafts. Users are responsible for their use of the app and for any emails they send through the app.

Google Account and Gmail Access

Some features require the user to connect a Google account and grant Gmail permissions. ReplyBell uses Gmail access only to provide email features requested by the user. Users may revoke access from their Google Account settings at any time.

AI-Generated Content

ReplyBell may provide AI-assisted reply suggestions through Google Gemini. AI-generated text may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. Users must review and edit generated content before sending it.

Alarms and Notifications

Alarm, sound, vibration, notification, and snooze behavior may depend on Android settings, device manufacturer behavior, battery restrictions, permissions, and system availability. Users are responsible for verifying important alarms.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use ReplyBell to send spam, abusive messages, unlawful content, or content that violates Gmail, Google, or applicable platform policies.

No Warranty

ReplyBell is provided as is and as available. AppForge House does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppForge House is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of ReplyBell.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when app functionality, legal requirements, or service integrations change. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
